  Lovely home with wonderful artifacts. It was a pleasure speaking with Ivan and Loretta about Newfoundland as they are so knowledgeable. Perfect place to stay upon arriving or leaving from Port aux Basques or just to relax a few days.

  My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The house is charmingly beautiful. The hosts were great. The man was very gentlemanly; he wouldn’t let my wife carry any of our luggage. We stayed in the bridal suite, which had a beautiful ensuite with a jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was wonderful and filling. I would recommend this place to anyone.
